So I did my first "puppies" version of a cross fit WOD today. Let me just say that I think this is going to be the best workout routine I have ever participated in. For those of you that don't know what cross fit is you will be amazed. It's basically a theory revolving around dynamic natural movements in a high intensity constantly changing atmosphere. Also BrandXMartialArts is an excellent source for scaled back cross fit WOD's for beginners. I can already see that I will see major gains in my triathlon training do to cross fit.
